Who is the JJSTYLE team?
Let’s start with the most important person:
Jarka J. – as you can tell, she’s the woman behind the JJ Style brand.
Her creativity and business savvy were the foundation upon which JJStyle, as you know it today, was built.
She’s an incredible hard worker and an expert in her field.
Like all of us, she’s deeply committed to ensuring every single product meets the high-quality standards we stand for.
Quality is a non-negotiable value for her. Every single item in our catalogue passes through her hands.
She built the e-shop from scratch.
She’s our leader – and always the last to leave the office. That’s one of the reasons she now runs three successful online stores.
In her free time, she enjoys gardening, photography, and travelling.
Next, the person you're most likely to interact with:
Jaroslava – our order-preparation powerhouse.
Thanks to her, we’re able to dispatch most orders on the same day.
And when a mistake does happen – among the thousands of components we handle daily – she’s quick to fix it with a smile.
She handles all the weighing, carefully labels and sends every package you receive.
Customer satisfaction is her top priority. She truly loves her job.
In her free time, she reads and actively participates in discussion forums.
Now, the key person in production:
Nina – our maker. She welds the components you know under the label CZ every day.
She carefully produces each piece, glues the jewellery when needed, and polishes it too. She can handle it all.
Thanks to her, we can offer components in such short lead times. We can always count on her work.
In her free time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her son, and relaxing at the cottage. She loves grilling and keeping up with the latest trends.
And now someone you might not know at all:
Adam –our technician. He’s responsible for all the technology we use. He maintains our computers and servers.
He’s our remote support – we may not see him often, but his work is ever-present.
He digitises everything he can and helps us eliminate unnecessary paperwork.
In his free time, he enjoys aquaristics and gaming.
Let’s also talk about someone working behind the scenes:
Shari – she handles our marketing and engraving. She engraves your jewellery and components.
When she’s not at the laser machine, she’s working on banners and design.
But she’s not just behind a screen – she’s also in charge of plating, logistics, and stocking both the office and production – from argon to coffee.
She spends a third of her time in the car – and loves it.
In her free time, she attends military events, games, and rocks out at music festivals.
And finally, meet our furriest team member:
Míca – our office therapy pet.
She spends time with us in the office and makes sure our snacks meet the same quality standards as our products.
And when she’s not climbing shelves, she’s napping on keyboards – which may explain the occasional gibberish email.
In her free time, she hunts mice in the garden, stares down fish in the aquarium, or terrorises our houseplants.
We have strong relationships and mutual trust in our team. We support each other, which increases our motivation and creates a positive working environment that is also felt by all our external colleagues😊
We work from the heart, and we firmly believe that our customers also perceive this and at the same time welcome our personal approach.
