Terms & Conditions – Rules of Trade
The Terms & Conditions of J+J Style s.r.o., headquartered at V Průčelí 1650/12, 14900 Prague 4, Company ID (IČO): 26928400, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ26928400, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 170961.
Terms & Conditions
I.
Basic Provisions
These general terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the relationship between the parties to the purchase agreement, where one party is J+J Style s.r.o. (the “Seller”) and the other party is the Buyer.
By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood all Terms & Conditions, including shipping terms, and explicitly agrees to them as valid at the time of order submission.
Rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by these Terms & Conditions and, in particular, by the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.).
All orders are binding for both parties. By submitting an order, the customer agrees to the rules of trade, complaints policy, and acknowledges the Privacy Policy in accordance with GDPR.
II.
Conclusion of Contract
A contractual relationship is formed upon receipt of the accepted order.
Before submitting an order, the Buyer can check and edit the details in their order/cart. The order is submitted by clicking “Confirm Order”.
Orders can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways:

Through a registered account on the online store;

By sending an email to info@chirurgickaocel.com, including full name, shipping address, email, phone number, product model number, quantity, and variant;

By phone at +420 702 012 111.
By concluding the purchase contract, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order or part of it if the product is out of stock at the time of order receipt.
III.
Rights and Obligations
If an order is rejected, the Seller must inform the Buyer via email or phone about missing or adjusted items. If the order is not accepted as requested, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods and transfer ownership to the Buyer. The Buyer undertakes to receive the goods and pay the purchase price plus delivery costs. Ownership passes to the Buyer upon full payment.
The Buyer acknowledges that purchasing goods does not grant any rights to use photos, company names, or logos. All images on the e-shop are either licensed, owned by J+J Style s.r.o., and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is illegal. Contact the Seller for permission to use images.
IV.
Product and Pricing Information
Product details, prices, and main features are displayed on the website. Prices include VAT. Discounts cannot be combined unless agreed otherwise. Discounted products are valid while supplies last.
VAT is not charged to Buyers with a valid VAT registration in the EU or outside. Buyers must prove their VAT status. Prices in foreign currency are converted using the Seller’s exchange rate on the order date. Delivery costs are not included in the price. Shipping information is available on the website.
V.
Delivery Terms
Goods in stock are shipped within 48 hours of order/payment. Custom-made goods take 4–6 weeks from payment. Available shipping methods depend on current service availability. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or system failures. Current shipping methods and prices are listed on the Shipping Page.
VI.
Payment Terms
Goods remain the property of the Seller until fully paid and received. Prepayment is generally not required unless for custom orders or specific modifications.
Invoices are provided either upon delivery (for COD) or immediately after payment, downloadable as a PDF from the Buyer’s account. Available payment methods are listed on the Payment Page.
VII.
Rights for Defective Performance
Rights and obligations regarding defective goods are governed by the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act.
The Seller guarantees that the goods are free of defects at delivery. If defects occur, the Buyer may:

Request a replacement or missing item;

Request repair;

Request a reasonable discount or withdraw from the contract.

VIII.
Complaints Policy
Complaints are handled according to applicable law. The Seller or authorized representative will decide immediately or within 3 business days in complex cases. Complaints, including defect resolution, must be completed within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Failure to do so is considered a material breach.
Warranty claims may be void if:

Goods were damaged during transport (visible damage must be reported to the carrier immediately);

Goods were misused or used under inappropriate conditions.

Complaints do not cover pre-existing defects. If the complaint is valid, J+J Style covers return shipping; if not, the customer pays.
IX.
Withdrawal from Contract
Buyer – Non-Entrepreneur:
The Buyer may withdraw without reason within 14 days from receipt. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless paid in the original order.
Buyer – Entrepreneur:
Entrepreneurs may only withdraw if the product has defects preventing its intended use. For minor defects, the Buyer may request repair or a discount. Exchanges for size/quantity mistakes are possible via a store credit coupon (not valid for custom orders).
Order cancellation is possible by phone or email if the order has not yet been shipped. Non-collected orders constitute a breach of contract; the Seller may charge handling fees and shipping costs.
X.
Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to GDPR and the Data Protection Act. Processing is necessary to fulfill the contract. Data is minimized and protected.
Collected Data:

Private buyers: name, address, phone, email.

Company buyers: company name, address, IČ, DIČ.
Purchase history and other activity are confidential. Customer satisfaction surveys are sent through Heureka.cz under lawful interest; email addresses and order info are not shared for other purposes. Customers can opt-out of surveys at any time.
All data is protected and only used to provide services. If necessary data is not provided, the purchase contract cannot be completed. By using the store, the Buyer consents to this data use.
Newsletter consent is optional and managed via the customer account. New customers may opt in during registration in accordance with GDPR.
